Hyverse is a community-driven server list platform for Hytale. Our Services include:

  • A directory of Hytale servers submitted by the community
  • Server information, statistics, and player counts
  • Gallery of Hytale-related media and artwork
  • Community blog and news updates
  • Countdown and information about Hytale releases

Important: Hyverse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hypixel Studios or any of its affiliates. Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios.

4. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent server information
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our express written permission
  • Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Collect or harvest user data without authorization
  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

5. Server Listings

If you submit a server listing to Hyverse:

  • You represent that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the server
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You grant Hyverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your server listing
  • You understand that we may remove or modify listings at our discretion
  • You are responsible for the content and conduct of your server

Hyverse does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any server listed on our platform. Users connect to third-party servers at their own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Hyverse name, logo, website design, and original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Hytale and all related marks, logos, and images are trademarks of Hypixel Studios and are used on this site for informational purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

  • Any defects in the Services will be corrected
  • The Services are free from viruses or other harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability
